Steel or Combo Flatbed Trailers

MAIN BEAM:	High strength material. Ranges from 24" - 28" deep in center.
CROSSMEMBERS:	4" high strength aluminum extrusion or 4" high strength steel. Crossmembers are available on 12", 14", 16" or 18" centers.
SIDES:	6" high strength aluminum extrusion, 6" steel channel, 8.2 lbs./ft. The siderail is the winch track on both sides.
RUBRAIL:	3/8" x 2 1/2" high strength aluminum extrusion or 3/8" x 2" steel.
STAKE POCKETS:	Spaced 24" apart with pipe-spool. ID 1-5/8" x 3 7/16".
KINGPIN:	30" is standard. Other settings available.
AXLES:	22,500 lbs. rating for spring suspensions, 25,000 lb. rating for air ride suspension.
SUSPENSION:	Air ride available in closed tandem or 10'1" spread. Spring suspension available in closed tandems.
LANDING LEGS :	Two speed. Ultimate load capacity 140,000 lbs.
FLOOR:	1 1/4" extruded aluminum floor. 1-1/8" apitong floor or 1-1/2" treated Southern Yellow Pine floor. 5/16" zinc plated floor screws.
KNEEBRACES:	Approximately every 4 feet supporting outside rail.
FINISH:	All steel components have either undercoating or Imron paint. Mylar tape is placed between steel and aluminum components. Aluminum components have a natural finish.
LIGHTS:	Protected wire harness. Sealed tail lights. Sealed marker lights. All connections are sealed. Rear lights enclosed in protective closures.
RUBBER BUMPERS :	Heavy duty, located on outside corners
MUDFLAPS:	Both axles on 10'1" spread. Anti-sail type.
